Kelby is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and healthcare litigation.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Kelby worked as a restructuring associate for an international law firm where she represented and advised clients in complex financial and operational restructurings and related litigation.
Kelby received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University, and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class. During law school, Kelby earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Professional Responsibility: Business Ethics, Civil Procedure, and Legal Writing II.
