Anna Maria focuses her practice on debt finance, representing both financial institutions and borrowers in various transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisitions, and asset-based lending.
Anna Maria graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in 2023. During law school, she worked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht as an intern, and for the University of Cologne’s American Law School as a research assistant.
At Duquesne Law, she was a teaching assistant for the Legal Research & Writing Program, president of the Appellate Moot Court Program, and production editor for Law Review. Additionally, Anna Maria received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in the courses of Business Associations, Legal Research & Writing I & II, and Immigration Law.
