Dairanetta concentrates her practice on restructuring, bankruptcy, and workout matters.
Following law school, she honed her legal acumen with multiple judicial clerkships, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prior to her legal career, she carried out community and foundation initiatives as a community relations professional for franchises in the National Basketball Association and Major League Baseball.
