Rhea is a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Rhea served as a law clerk on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Rhea is a double-longhorn, attending the University of Texas for both undergrad and law school. During law school, Rhea interned at the American Civil Liberties Union, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. She also participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Student Honors Program, spending a semester interning with the Division of Enforcement.
