Nathan concentrates on financial services litigation. Nathan represents lenders in state and federal courts in cases concerning consumer lending laws and lending contracts. Nathan also has a background in financial crimes litigation and medical malpractice litigation.
Nathan served as a judicial clerk for Judge Richard Voorhees and Judge Robert D. Potter of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
