Nicole focuses her practice on securities and other corporate matters.
Nicole received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Nicole served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Wake Forest Law Review and received the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award (formerly CALI award) in the courses of Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research II; Contracts; Employment Discrimination; Evidence; International Law; and International Human Rights Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where she was a member of the women’s varsity swimming and diving team.
Before attending law school, Nicole worked as an industry consultant for aerospace and defense clients.
