Matt focuses his practice on banking and finance, representing both financial institutions and borrowers in debt financing transactions. His work includes asset-based and acquisition financing, leveraged finance, and other lending transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and multi-currency credit facilities.
Matt received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2018. While at Pitt, he served as the Lead Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Commercial Transactions. Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, where he graduated cum laude.
