Brooke’s practice focuses on financial services, business, and securities litigation.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Brooke clerked for the Honorable Frederick P. Stamp, Jr., United States District Judge for the Northern District of West Virginia. Brooke also externed with the Honorable Marla G. Decker of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
During law school, Brooke served as an Executive Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review, a Lead Articles Editor of the German Law Journal, and a Hearing Advisor for the Washington and Lee Executive Committee and Student Judicial Council. Brooke was a semifinalist in the John W. Davis Appellate Advocacy Brief-Writing Competition, a quarterfinalist in the John W. Davis Appellate Advocacy Competition, and a quarterfinalist in the Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition. Brooke was also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
