The Daily Journal has named McGuireWoods partner Sabrina A. Beldner to its list of “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers” for 2023, honoring California’s most accomplished attorneys for significant contributions to their practice area. This is the third straight year that Beldner has been named to the Daily Journal’s prestigious list.
Beldner chairs McGuireWoods’ Labor & Employment Department and is a sought-after attorney for high-stakes discrimination, wage-and-hour litigation, and traditional labor matters. She represents businesses in individual, class, and representative action claims and labor law matters and conducts high-level employee misconduct investigations and management training on preventing workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
